Platform Rules and User Agreement

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cvk4 website, platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated under the domain cvk4.io. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the cvk4 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Terms, including any amendments made from time to time in accordance with Section 14.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "cvk4" / "we" / "us" / "the Platform" refers to the cvk4 online gaming and betting service accessible at cvk4.io.
• "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the cvk4 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by an individual to access the Platform's services.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held within a User's cvk4 account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held separately.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits issued by cvk4 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings become withdrawable.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole operating currency of the cvk4 Platform.
• "Prohibited Activity" refers to any conduct listed in Section 8 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the Platform.

3 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on cvk4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The cvk4 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above.
• You are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of placing any bet or using any casino feature.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not prohibited from gambling by any court order, self-exclusion agreement, or applicable law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of cvk4, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

4 Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may hold only one registered account on cvk4. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number associated with your mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). cvk4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing any withdrawal.

Verification documents may include, but are not limited to, a valid National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, a driving licence, or utility bills dated within the last three months. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending further review.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on the cvk4 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). cvk4 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated to users at the time of the withdrawal request.

Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider, in most cases within 60 seconds. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. cvk4 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; actual receipt times depend on the payment provider.

• cvk4 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• cvk4 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000 in a single transaction.
• Deposits that are charged back, reversed, or disputed by the originating payment provider will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

cvk4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any inconsistency between offer-specific terms and this section, the offer-specific terms take precedence only where they are more restrictive.

All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in its individual offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonus wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only and must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account.

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified per offer. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• cvk4 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in progress will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of acceptance.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Minimum odds requirements (where applicable) are stated per promotion. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count toward wagering.
• cvk4 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and remove bonus funds from any account where fraudulent, systematic, or abusive wagering patterns are identified.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the cvk4 sportsbook are final once confirmed, subject to the specific sport and market rules published on the Platform. In-play bets accepted after an event outcome has been determined — due to data feed errors, latency, or any other technical issue — are void and the stake will be returned. cvk4 makes every reasonable effort to suspend markets promptly at key event moments but does not guarantee uninterrupted market availability.

For cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh international fixtures, standard cricket betting rules apply: a minimum number of overs must be completed for match bets to stand; abandoned or postponed matches are settled as void unless rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Specific rules for each market type are displayed at the point of bet placement.

All casino games — including live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, and slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — are governed by the rules displayed within each individual game. cvk4 does not alter game rules or RTP (Return to Player) settings outside of what is provided by the licensed game studio. In the event of a game malfunction, the affected round is void and the stake is returned.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and market are displayed at the time of placing the bet and may vary by game, market, and account tier.
• cvk4 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Winnings from a voided bet are not payable. The original stake is returned to the account balance.
• Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be raised with the support team within 72 hours of the event conclusion. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered.

8 Prohibited Activities and Fair Play

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cvk4 Platform. Any user found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance withheld pending investigation, and all winnings generated during the period of prohibited activity forfeited:

• Opening or operating more than one account on cvk4, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to the outcome of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any systematic exploitation of pricing errors or bonus offers.
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name, or facilitating transactions on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the cvk4 Platform.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

cvk4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or any other circumstance that cvk4 determines poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or to the welfare of the user.

In the event of account closure for breach of Terms, any balance consisting of bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money funds deposited by the user in excess of those derived from or associated with the prohibited activity will be returned to the originating payment method after a satisfactory review.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting the cvk4 support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be removed.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the cvk4 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of cvk4 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The cvk4 trademark and brand identity may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written consent of cvk4.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, modify, or create derivative works from Platform content; use Platform content for commercial purposes; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; or remove any copyright or proprietary notices from Platform content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cvk4, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to technical malfunction outside cvk4's reasonable control; reliance on information displayed on the Platform; interruptions to service; or any action taken by cvk4 in good faith in the enforcement of these Terms.

cvk4 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

cvk4 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the cvk4 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights with respect to it.

cvk4 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform — including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), game studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt), and fraud prevention services — all of whom are contractually bound to maintain data confidentiality standards consistent with our own.

13 Responsible Gaming Obligations

cvk4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and reducing gambling-related harm. We require all users to approach gambling as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. All users are strongly encouraged to set personal deposit limits and session time limits through the account dashboard before commencing play.

cvk4 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from the account dashboard without requiring contact with support: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days); and self-exclusion (6 months to permanent). Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed until the elected period has fully elapsed.

14 Amendments to These Terms

cvk4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cvk4 will provide at least 7 days' notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, via email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account prior to the amendment's effective date. Any bets or gaming activity already in progress at the time an amendment takes effect will be settled under the Terms in place at the time those bets were placed.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing online entertainment services in the jurisdiction from which the cvk4 Platform operates. cvk4 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh.

In the event of any dispute between you and cvk4, you agree to first contact the cvk4 support team and allow a reasonable period — no less than 14 days — for the matter to be resolved informally. If informal resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under procedures to be agreed upon by both parties in good faith. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief through a competent court.
